  3. Choose donation amount and payment method.

  4. Complete transaction — funds are tagged for your chosen cause.

Donor Assurance:

  • Funds are spent only for the stated cause.

  • Donors receive project progress reports and may request live-streaming or recorded updates.


2.2 General Fund Donations

Purpose: Support emerging needs, disaster relief, or underfunded ongoing projects.

Process:

  • Select “General Fund” on the donation page.

  • Funds are allocated where urgency is highest.

Donor Assurance:

  • Allocation transparency shared via quarterly reports.


2.3 Recurring Donations

Options: Monthly, quarterly, or annual auto-pay setup.

Benefits:

  • Sustains long-term projects.

  • Minimises funding gaps.


2.4 Corporate & Institutional Giving

Modes:

  • CSR contributions.

  • Matching gift programmes.

  • Sponsored projects.

Process:

  • Corporate donors may choose to fully fund a cause or co-fund with public contributions.

Our portals go beyond being donation gateways — they act as interactive project hubs.

3.2 Updates & Reports

  • Frequency: Monthly summaries plus milestone reports.

  • Formats: PDF, video updates, and live-streamed workshops/classes.

  • Access: Donor-only login for real-time progress tracking.


4. Monitoring & Accountability

  • All causes undergo internal compliance checks to ensure proper fund use.

  • Project managers must upload receipts, media proof, and completion reports to the donor portal.
